Job Description

SALARY 3400 BASIC + FOOD

  • Piping Welders (10) GTAW and SMAW Welders.
    1. Each one welder shall be qualified for GTAW and SMAW together.
    2. Welder shall provide previous qualification (Welder Card – preferred Saudi ARAMCO JCC welder Card) for at least 3 projects for Petrojet review and approval before proceeding with tests.
    3. Required testing shall be according to ASME B31.3 and ASME-IX.
    4. Test Coupon shall be as follows: –
  • GTAW test coupon shall be 2” pipe sch.160 (thickness 8.2 mm).
  • SMAW test coupon shall be 6” pipe sch. 160 (thickness 18.2).
    1. Test position for GTAW and SMAW shall be 6G.
    2. Welders shall undergo similar qualification test on arrival.
    3. Welders should pass initial production joints before joining to PETROJET.
